Annabella Creations - Our Policy
Please be aware that on screen colours may appear slightly different to the printed version. A monitor displays images in RGB colour format where printers print in CMYK. Colour variations can also be due to the calibration. If you are unsure how a colour will look, we recommend that you purchase a colour chart & sample pack. Our stationary is printed digitally, which means very slight colour variations can occur between each item or to the sample print. This is a naturally occurring effect of the printing process. Stationary cannot be returned or refunded because of normal printing effects. We take pride in our work, and all our stationary is printed professionally.
A pdf proof will be sent via email 4-5 days upon receipt of full payment and submission of guest information. Changes or corrections to your proof will be issued via email. Once you have checked and approved your proof, please email your approval in writing. Your artwork will not be sent to print until we have received your approval. Final responsibility for approving all information rests with the client. A confirmed approval by the client agrees the order, the layout and text of the proof is correct and final, changes that occur after this will incur additional charges.
Client errors that have been approved on the final proof will only be reprinted at the client's expense. If the client receives an item that has been misprinted from the original proof it will be reprinted and posted ASAP at no additional charge.
Alterations & Custom Designs
Our standard pricing includes the placement of your wording onto your chosen design, plus one set of text amendments at proof stage. Additional amendments will be charged at an hourly rate. Once approved, no alterations can be made. An emailed approval back to us will confirm the completion of your order. A custom design will not commence until full payment has been made. All designs produced by Annabella Creations remain the property of Annabella Creations and are protected by copyright laws. Annabella Creations reserves the right to use custom designs for future designs.
Payment and Ordering
As each job is printed on an individual order basis, full payment is required prior to commencement. To view our payment options, see our order info page.
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Refunds and Cancellation Policy
If an order in cancelled before final approval, a refund of 50% only will be given, in order to cover the cost of supplies ordered and administration fees. No refunds will be given after final approval and commencement of printing.
Timeframes and Delivery
Please allow between 3-8 weeks from start to finish of your order, which will be dependent on your product type, customisation and current scheduling. Full payment is required prior to commencement of this process. Urgent orders may incur an additional loading charge depending on the scheduling and the client request. We will advise if this is applicable to you. Annabella Creations reserves the right to turn away orders where deadlines cannot be met.
We endeavour to complete your order within the specified timeframe; however, we cannot be responsible for postage delays as freight is out of our control. Orders within Australia will be sent via Australia Post and the cost is variable as it is calculated based on the size and weight of your parcel. Once an order has been placed, we will calculate the cost of freight for your order. Orders over $75 will be delivered via registered post and will require a signature upon arrival. If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave you a card specifying which local post office to collect your order.

The minimum charge for any wedding stationary order is $75.00. Please ensure you order all your items together to avoid additional costs.
At Annabella Creations we go to great lengths to ensure the highest quality finishes. If you are unsure of the finished product meeting your expectations, we highly recommend that you purchase a colour chart & sample pack.
Discount vouchers are not redeemable for cash, nor are they to be utilised to purchase a sample pack or for individual items separate from wedding invitation orders. Vouchers are not transferable, use is restricted to the names recorded and only one voucher may be used per couple.
Envelopes and Personalisation
Envelopes are included with all invitations, thank you cards, save the date cards and rsvp cards (unless otherwise specified). The wedding stationary collections come with white shimmery envelopes. All photo cards come with premium white envelopes.
Envelopes are not suitable to be put through printers for printing guest names. If you select the personalised option, with guest names on the invites, envelopes are supplied with guest addresses printed on labels with matching print to co-ordinate with your design. If you do not select the personalised option, your envelopes will be supplied with no labels. It is advisable to test the pen to avoid smudges and that you order spare invitations for handwritten errors.
Images may be supplied via email or on a CD in digital format. For photobooks, due to the number of images required, it is advisable not to email, but to supply the images on CD.
Annabella Creations will not be liable for CDs lost in the mail. It is important to keep a copy for yourself. We will return any discs with your order. Please ensure digital images are high resolution. Emailed images must be supplied as a JPEG image that is no larger than 10MB per image. For photobooks, images must be a minimum of 1800 x 1200 pixels.
Annabella Creations will view your images upon receipt and advise if they are not suitable to be used for print. Annabella Creations reserves the right to refuse images that are not suitable in quality or offensive in nature. Colour and tone of printed images may differ to the original due to screen variations or the printing processes or for flaws in the image that you have supplied to us.
By supplying images to Annabella Creations for use in your stationary or photobooks, you certify that you have the rights to use any images supplied by yourself. Professional images that are provided to you by a professional photographer may be protected by copyright laws and cannot be reproduced without permission from the photographer.
By supplying images to Annabella Creations you agree to hold harmless and to indemnify Annabella Creations and its agents, for all liablilty, damages, and expenses it may occur as a result of processing and printing copy written photographs and reproductions, including any other person claiming an interest in the photos. Annabella Creations reserves the right to refuse to use images and cancel your order if we suspect the images may infringe on someone else's copyright.
Your personal details and guest information is considered private and confidential, and will not under any circumstances be distributed to any third party.
All product designs and information are the sole property of Annabella Creations. Reproducing and/or copying any designs and information from this site without written permission from Annabella Creations is a violation of copyright laws. Annabella Creations holds ownership and copyright of all designs whether custom or existing. Annabella Creations reserves the right to use custom designed pieces for future use. We reserve the right to use any of our designs for promotional use in any form of media whether in print or on the web. All stationary pieces may include a very small copyright credit 'www.annabellacreations.com.au' printed on the item. The credit is positioned not to interfere with the overall look of the stationary.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
Placing an order and making payment for your stationary or photobook is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
